A bright and sparkling halo of round brilliant cut diamonds surround a captivating star sapphire. The twelve diamonds total to 1.20 carats and are F in colour and Vs in clarity truly highlighting the sapphire which weighs 4.50 carat. It has been rub over set in 18ct yellow gold whereas the diamonds have been set within 18ct white gold. The slim band has also been made in yellow gold. This vintage ring dates back to the 1960s.
