We accept most credit cards and PayPal, as well as payment by bank transfer. All charges are in GBP Sterling.
The price you pay is displayed on our website at the time we receive your order, however, while we try our best to ensure that all prices are correct, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to offer you the item at the correct price, or cancel the order and pay a full refund.
We offer free delivery within the UK once full payment is received. For deliveries to the rest of the world we provide free shipping for items above £1,500. We endeavour to despatch your item within 24 hours.
Estimated delivery times are 1-2 working days within the UK, 3-5 working days within Europe and 5-7 days worldwide. Your item(s) will be sent by a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service and will be fully insured. Local taxes and duties may apply.

If, for any reason you change your mind regarding your purchase from Farringdons Jewellery, we offer a 7-day no questions asked money back guarantee or full exchange for all online purchases. This only applies to online customers who have been unable to visit our store. For those who purchase in-store, we offer an exchange policy whereby you can exchange the piece for item(s) to the same value (or higher, at your cost), or have a bespoke piece made to your specifications. If any alterations are made to the piece (such as ring resizing), Farringdons reserves the right to refuse the return and refund of an item.
Please contact us to let us know of your intention to return the item(s). Items must be returned at your cost via a secure and insured service, and in the same condition as dispatched, without any damage and with the original sales receipt. If items are damaged, broken or altered they will not be accepted for a refund. Refund or credit will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item, in the same form as the original payment. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
