This unique vintage cluster ring features an wonderful sapphire surrounded by round brilliant diamonds. The shining central blue sapphire weighs 0.50 carat and has been oval cut. Rub over set into platinum, the sapphire has two larger diamonds. Elegant metal work surrounding these stones then holds a further ten diamonds of varying sizes for a total weight of 0.40 carat. All diamonds match in quality, being estimated F in colour and VS in clarity. The head is sat on basket work crafted of 18 carat yellow gold and finished with a gently tapered band.
