Victorian Pearl and Ruby Five Stone, hallmarked 1895

This wonderful five stone ring from the Victorian period features an unusual combination of Pearls and Rubies. The stones graduate from the largest pearl at the centre, two 0.10 carat rubies flanking, then two smaller pearls at each end, all set into a tapering band of 18 carat yellow gold. Down the rings shoulders expert craftsmanship is on display with hand carved detailing work framing the centre stones beautifully. This ring has been hallmarked 1895.
