Victorian 2.70ct Diamond and Pearl Bangle, c.1880s

Dating to the Victorian era, this beautiful bangle features a collection of pearls and old cut diamonds. At its centre sits a line of three natural pearls. Each 5mm in diamond and set diagonally. The twisting band envelops the pearls and is adorned by graduating old cut diamonds. The largest sit separate in rub over setting work weighing 0.20 carat a piece. The following diamonds then graduate down from 0.15 carat to 0.06 carat, each expertly claw set into silver. Each diamond ranges in colour from G to H and matches in clarity at VS2. The bangle itself is crafted in 18 carat yellow gold at a size of 16 cm.
