This late Victorian era ring, dating from the very early 1900s, was handmade in 18 carat yellow gold to show off five old cut diamonds weighing a total of 0.50 carats.
These antique diamonds are presented in a raised claw setting with the largest of the five stones at the ring’s centre and the others set in graduated pairs to either side.
The ring’s original period setting is less ornate than many others of the same era, it features a subtle ridged design on the gallery and light engraving at the shoulders.
