Edwardian Vertically Set Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1910

18 Carat Yellow Gold & Platinum

This unique and handmade ring features a centre diamond weighing 1.65 carat. It is a dazzling diamond which has been graded as I on colour and VS1 in clarity. It is rub over set, at either vertical point, there is a matching rub over set pear shaped diamond. They each weigh 0.50 carat and match the centre stone for quality. In the remainder of the cluster there are a further 0.86 carat's worth of old cuts, which are H in colour and SI in clarity. They are grain set, showing an impeccable level of craftsmanship. The setting work is all crafted from platinum and finished with a wonderful mille-grain edge, whilst the under gallery and shank have been hand carved from 18 carat yellow gold. The detailing is exquisite and the filigree work on the gallery really adds to this stunning dress ring.
