Antique French 3.40ct Sapphire and Diamond Bangle, c.1900s

A collection of sapphires and diamonds are proudly on display in this beautiful French bangle from the 1900s. The largest sapphire is a cushion cut stone sitting at 1.00 carat, with the flanking pair of oval cuts weighing 0.60 carat, the next two cushion cut stones weighing 0.40 carat a piece and the outer cushion cut sapphires sitting at 0.20 carat each. Set between the sapphires a total of 3.00 carat in old cut diamonds complement the display perfectly, themselves also graduating down in size from two 0.75 carat stones in the centre to 0.10 carat at either end. Each diamond matches in colour at H and ranges in colour from VS to SI and is set into platinum. Expertly crafted in 18 carat yellow gold this hand crafted bracelet is 18.5cm in width and is a true masterpiece of turn of the century design.
