Vintage 2.00ct Sapphire and Diamond Linked Bracelet, c.1950s

This vintage bracelet features three cabochon cut sapphires, totalling to an impressive 2.00 carat. They are a wonderful blue and are polished to a lustrous finish. Each sapphire is beautifully highlighted by a halo of round brilliant diamonds. The diamonds total to 1.30 carat and are estimated to be G in colour and VS in clarity. The intricate setting work shows the craftsmanship of the piece, the sapphires are rubover set and the diamonds are expertly grain set. These gems are held in place by a linked bracelet, made of 18 carat yellow gold. The clasp has a safety feature for extra security.
