This whimsical duck brooch was crafted in the 1970s. Made in 18 carat yellow gold, the duck centres around a large 7.00 carat cabochon amethyst. The vibrant purple gem forms the body of the duck, whilst two rubies denote the eyes, and a turquoise sits in the basket it is carrying. A double pin back is used to firmly hold this charming piece in place on the wearer.
