This stunning 20.50 carat synthetic spinel is framed by 0.30 carats of round brilliant cut diamonds. From the 1920s until the late 1940s, synthetic spinel was a popular gemstone, as it offered the beauty of a diamond at a more attainable price, especially during war time. The diamonds that surround the emerald-cut spinel are G colour and VS clarity. The setting is made of 18 carat white gold and platinum.
