An unbroken ring of sapphires is framed by sparkling diamonds in this vintage brooch, hallmarked 1962. Nineteen round sapphires are claw set, totalling 1.90 carat, with a further 1.40 carat of round brilliant diamonds forming the outer circle, as well as adorning the bow motif at the bottom of the brooch. The diamonds match in quality at F in colour and VS in clarity. Crafted in 18 carat yellow gold, the brooch measures 3.2 cm by 3.7 cm.
