Victorian 0.07ct Pink Sapphire and Diamond Five Stone Ring, hallmarked 1897

An alternating line of pink sapphires and diamonds can be found in this lovely Victorian ring, hallmarked 1897. The central pink sapphire is the largest at 0.05 carat, the flanking rose cut diamonds weigh 0.01 carat a piece with the sapphires at the end also weighing 0.01 carat each. Each gem has been delicately grain set into a tapering band of 18 carat yellow gold. Line carvings between each stone and petal detailing on each shoulder add to the Victorian charm of this charming piece.
