Sat between two 0.40 carat old cut diamonds is an oval shaped ruby, weighing 0.50 carat. The matching diamonds on either side have been estimated as H in colour and VS-SI in clarity. The three stones have been claw set into a classic Victorian setting, hand crafted in 18ct yellow gold.
