This piece ring is hallmarked 1906 and was hallmarked in Chester. It features three claw set sapphires which are natural. Their deep blue colour is wonderful and in total they weigh 0.65 carat. The centre sapphire is 0.35 carat and the other two each weigh 0.15 carat. In between the sapphires are four old cut diamonds, also claw set. There is also a small stone on the very ends of the ring, bringing the total diamond weight to 0.30 carat. The diamonds are estimated as G in colour and VS in clarity, top quality for the era.
