Dating to approximately 1910, this Edwardian ring features five transitional cut diamonds. The centre diamond is 0.35 carat, the two adjacent on either side weigh 0.20 carat, and the outermost stones each weighing 0.10 carat. The total weight is 0.95 carat. All the diamonds are claw set and match in quality; estimated as H in colour and VS in clarity. The setting work is open backed and made in platinum. The shank is made in 18 carat yellow gold, a typical feature of the era.
