This Edwardian ring features a spectacular 1.80 carat sapphire surrounded by a glittering diamond halo. The old cut sapphire is a gorgeous blue colour, and would have been cut by hand. Eleven old cut diamond surround the sapphire, totalling to 1.10 carat. They are estimated as F colour and VS clarity. The gems are set in platinum, while the band is made of 18 carat yellow gold. This beautiful ring was made in the 1910s, and would make a perfect engagement or cocktail ring.
