Art Deco Emerald and Diamond Three Stone Ring, c.1920s
Out of stock
This art deco ring is simply stunning. It is a desirable and elegant ring, which is all handcrafted. The workmanship and expert knowledge shines through in the detailing and artistry of this ring. In the centre you have a heavenly, deep green Emerald, which we have had certified by The Gem and Pearl Laboratory. The stone originates from Colombian and is a natural Emerald, which has no treatment. It is set within 18 carat yellow gold within a spilt claw setting. This was typical of the era, and the period features of this ring, just keep coming.
To help draw attention to this wonderful stone, you have two 0.25 carats diamonds set either side. They are both set within collets made of platinum, which works hand in hand with the 18 carat yellow gold, and allows their true colour to shine through. They have been given approximated grading of G in colour and SI1 for clarity. They have a single claw setting expertly holding them in place. The detailing on each of the collets is exquisite. The metal work would have been hand moulded into the stunning design, and then soldered onto the 18 carat yellow band.
