Art Deco Emerald and Diamond Drop Earrings, c.1920s
Platinum & 18 Carat Yellow Gold
These beautifully crafted earrings feature Emeralds as the main gemstones and they have a combined weight of 4.00 carat. We have also had them certified as natural Emeralds which have moderate clarity enhancement. They are Colombian and have been expertly set within an 18 carat yellow gold collet. Each stone is then wonderfully highlighted by a cluster of diamonds which vary in shape and size. At the top of the drop, there is a 0.40 carat Assucher cut diamond. Within the cluster there is a mix of baguette diamonds, totalling 0.50 carat and round brilliant diamonds, totalling 0.85 carat. Each earring is able to boast a carat weight of 1.75 carat and the diamonds are of high quality. The diamonds are set within platinum, allowing their colour to truly sparkle. They have secure backs as well, which are a mix of platinum and 18 carat yellow gold.
