Art Deco 1.65ct Diamond & Sapphire Cluster Ring, c.1920s

This original art deco era diamond and sapphire cluster ring is simply stunning. It centres three old cut diamonds, vertically set and haloed by hand cut sapphires. The centre diamond weighs 0.65 carat, and is highlighted by 0.50 carat diamonds set on either side, totalling 1.65 carat. The deep blue sapphires total 0.20 carat and have been expertly set within the intricate design. The second halo of diamonds totals 1.20 carat, and adds another lay of dazzle to this stunning piece. All the diamonds are estimated G in colour and VS in clarity. The intricate gallery and mille-grain work is tasteful, making this piece a wonderful dress ring.
