This wonderful three stone diamond ring has a total carat weight of 1.20 carat. The diamonds, which are a sparkling white, graduate in size from the centre. The middle stone weighs 0.50 carat, whilst the two diamonds adjacent weigh 0.35 carat. They are estimated to be F-G in colour, and clarity VS1, which is high spec for this age. The ring dates to the 1940s and the diamonds are held within collets made of platinum. Each would have been hand made, and delicately attached to the 18 carat yellow gold band. It is a classic three stone design with some expert detailing, the perfect engagement ring.
