A pair of beautiful marquise cut diamonds shine in this 1960s Cartier piece. Each diamond weighs 0.45 carat and matches in quality at F in colour and VVS in clarity. The sparkling diamonds are claw in 18 carat yellow gold and sat upon a curving band. The original Cartier hallmarks can be found along the inside of the band.
