This large brooch pendant is made from a 44.00 carat deep purple amethyst which is natural. It has been expertly cut into shape and is beautifully haloed by a mix of diamonds and pearls. The diamonds, which are old cuts, have a combined weight of 1.70 carat. The pearls are natural and all the gemstones sit in claw settings made from 18 carat yellow gold.
