Victorian 1.20ct Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1880s

This captivating cluster ring showcases a classically Victorian design. At its centre, a 1.20 carat emerald is sat, cut in an unusual asscher cut shape and rub over set into 18 carat yellow gold. Surrounding the central stone are 0.98 carats of sparkling old cut diamonds, creating a halo enhancing the vivid green of the emerald. Each stone has been set into silver, which has ages beautifully over time. Each diamond ranges in colour from G to H and in clarity from VS to SI. Hand carved with exquisite detail, the split shoulders lead down into the band, all crafted in 18 carat yellow gold.
