This gorgeous sapphire ring was made entirely by hand in the 1900s. The natural deep blue sapphire is an old cut stone weighing 0.40 carat. It is surrounded by eight old cut diamonds, totalling to 0.64 carat. Each diamond is of matching quality at G in colour and VS in clarity. Crafted in 18 carat yellow gold, elegant craftsmanship is evident in the detailing across the gallery and down the carved shoulders.
