This lovely Victorian pin brooch features a 0.25 carat blue sapphire surrounded by rose cut diamonds. There are 11 diamonds totalling to 0.22 carat. The diamonds and sapphire were cut by hand. Rose cut diamonds and the 15 carat rose gold setting were both popular features of jewellery in the Victorian era.
