A halo of shimmering round brilliant cut diamonds envelops a bright oval-shaped ruby set in an open back four claw mounting at the centre of this sensational right hand ring. The ruby is a wonderful deep red and weighs 0.75 carat. The diamonds have a combined weight of 0.75 carat and are estimated to be G in colour and VS in clarity. Pavé set shoulders lead to a wide shank, all in 18 carat white gold.
