Late Deco 1.29 Carat Oval Diamond Cluster Ring, c.1930s

A dazzling oval diamond weighing 1.29 carat is set in the centre of this beautiful deco cluster ring. The oval diamonds has been graded as a G in colour and SI1 in clarity by EDR, a London based independent certification company. The cluster is then made from round brilliant diamonds and baguette cut diamonds, set in a classic 1930s pattern. The cluster combines to total 0.70 carat and match the centre stone for a colour grade of G, but have a slightly higher clarity grade of VS1. The setting work has been crafted from platinum, and feature several pretty design features. These include the scalloping under the gallery and the hooped shoulders.
