Dating from the latter Art Deco period, this striking c.1930s cluster ring presents an old cut diamond weighing 1.00 carat within a double octagonal halo, consisting of 0.58 carats of grain set old cuts. The diamonds all match in excellent quality, G in colour and VS2 in clarity. The ring’s antique platinum setting is emblematic of its time, featuring desirable period details, including hand-done mille-grain flourishes, gorgeous gallery work and diamond-accented shoulders.
