This rare Georgian ring is hallmarked 1831 and is engraved with the words ‘JD Bates Died 25th Dec 1833’. This is an original mourning ring made in 18 carat yellow gold and covered with black enamel. Within the enamel the words ‘In Memory of are written in gold. This piece of history can not be resized.
