Dating back to the Edwardian era, this elegant twist ring features a central sapphire flanked by two old cut diamonds. The central sapphire is a 0.20 carat round cut stone. Each of the old cut diamonds weighs 0.05 carat and matches in quality at G in colour and SI in clarity. All three stones have been diagonally rub over set into platinum, which continues down the shoulder into the twisting band of 18 carat yellow gold.
