Edwardian 0.15ct Diamond and Emerald Cluster Ring, c.1910s

With a completely unique design this beautiful Edwardian era ring features a collection of diamonds along side a single emerald. The three largest stones sit at the centre of the ring. One diamond and one emerald are rub over set upon stalks of platinum and 18 carat yellow gold, with the final of the larger diamonds set below. The emerald is a 0.10 carat old cut stone, whilst the two diamonds are 0.10 carat and 0.05 carat respectively with both also being old cut stones. Down the wishbone shaped shoulders an additional row of three rose cut diamonds per shoulder are set into platinum adding extra sparkle to the ring. Each diamond used matches in quality, with a colour of H and clarity of SI1. The basketwork and band have been crafted from contrasting 18 carat yellow gold to complete this lovely piece.
