This gorgeous necklace is an excellent example of art nouveau jewellery- a period marked by organic subjects in dynamic, elegant form. The outline of the leaf is set with old cut diamonds, which are F to G colour and VS clarity. Within the leaf are three natural white baroque pearls. Two large pearls dangle from diamond set 18 carat gold chains, creating a lovely sense of movement. This piece wonderfully captures the delicate and naturalistic style of the art nouveau movement.
