Art Deco Two Stone Diamond Twist Ring with Diamond Shoulders, c.1920s

This delicate little twist ring highlights two stunning diamonds each weighing 0.25 carat. They are old cut diamond, and would have been hand cut and crafted for this ring. They are estimated F in colour and VS2 in clarity, and the expertly claw set in platinum, allowing them to truly sparkle. To add another level of character to this elegant piece, there are grain set diamonds along each shoulder. They have a combined weight of 0.06 carat and share the specifications of the centre stones. The stones would have been hand set within the hand made band; the level of craftsmanship is to be admired. The setting work on the centre stones is platinum, whilst the band of the ring is made of 18 carat white gold, a typical feature of the 1920s.
