A stunning blue sapphire is flanked by old cut diamonds in this wonderful antique ring hallmarked 1902. The central sapphire is an oval cut stone weighing 0.60 carat. The accompanying diamonds weigh 0.05 carat each, for a total of 0.20 carat, with matching colour of H and clarity of SI. The ring itself has been hand crafted in 18 carat yellow gold with delicate carving work at the top each shoulder.
