Vintage Ruby and Diamond Halo Cluster Ring, c.1960s
Out of stock
This beautiful ring has a ruby in the centre which is a wonderful deep red. The gemstone has been certified by The Gem and Pearl Lab in London, as a 2.70 carat ruby, originating in East Africa with no evidence of heat treatment. It is a stunning natural stone, highlighted expertly by a halo of diamonds. There are 12 diamonds in total, each weighing 0.15 carat, bringing the total to 1.80 carat. They are G in colour and VS1 in clarity and work in perfect harmony with the centre ruby. The ring is vintage in style and dates back to the 1960s. The stones are claw set using a platinum mount, with open gallery work. The band is made of 18 carat white gold and would have been hand crafted to link with the mount.
