A 0.35 carat transitional cut diamond is the centre of this sweet 1940s solitaire ring. The diamond has an estimated grade of G in colour and VS2 in clarity. It is rub over set within a platinum illusions style setting. The shoulders of the ring are intricately carved from platinum and each feature a small 0.01 carat eight cut diamond. The ring itself is made from 18 carat yellow gold.
