Dating to the 1920s this pair of bird brooches are truly unique. A total of 1.00 carat of old cut diamonds and 0.50 carats of rubies adorn each bird, bringing them to life. Hand crafted in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum each part has been delicately shaped to mimic the birds plumage. Each diamond ranges in colour from G to H and and matches in clarity at VS. Set along each wing and forming the birds eyes, the calibré cut rubies add a beautiful finesse to this stunning set.
