Late Deco Emerald And Diamond Bombe Style Cluster Ring, c.1940s
Platinum
This interesting dress ring dating from the 1940s, has a strong bombe style to it's design. The way the grain set diamonds wrap around the finger is wonderful, making this an ideal ring for everyday wear. It has a centre emerald as the main attraction which weighs 0.50 carat. It is a natural stone with a beautiful grass green colour. From each side there are two pathways with calibrated emeralds, leading into a Y design. They are an additional 0.04 carat to the gemstone weigh and match in quality. The cluster of diamonds has a combined weight of 0.75 carat and are estimated to be G in colour and VS in clarity. The ring is finished with beautiful carved detailing on the gallery, which leads into the platinum band.
