Late Deco Diamond and Ruby Cocktail Ring, c.1940s

This show stopping ring is the ideal cocktail ring for those fabulous nights out! Feathering a combined weight of 0.74 carat old cut diamonds, which have an estimated grade of G in colour and VS in clarity. They are beautifully highlighted by 0.62 carat’s worth of luscious red rubies. The rubies are a mix of baguette cuts and square cuts, whilst the diamonds are classically round. The craftsmanship shines through with the rubies set within a rub over setting, and the diamonds are grain set. The geometric design is typical of the era and the metal is platinum.
