A beautiful transitional cut diamond is the star of this classically Art Deco engagement ring. The diamond is 0.40 carat, and is a lovely F colour and VS2 clarity. The shoulders are adorned with an eight cut diamond and a French cut blue sapphire, adding a bit of colour to this sleek ring. The eight but diamonds are 0.01 carat each, while the sapphires are 0.03 carat each. The gems are securely set in platinum, while the band is made of 18 carat white gold. This unique engagement ring was made in the 1940s, in the later portion of the Art Deco period.
