Kutchinsky Diamond And Ruby Cluster Ring, c.1960s

This stunning and rare Kutchinsky ring features a mix of diamonds and rubies set within a floral patterning. In the centre is a round brilliant weighing 0.40 carat, and the second halo is another set of diamonds, totalling another 1.50 carat in diamond weigh. They are all estimated to be F in colour and VS clarity. Surrounding the centre diamond is a halo of marquise shaped rubies, six in total, weighing 0.25 carat each. The outer halo is also made of rubies, matching in quality and weighing 1.80 carat. The combined weight of the rubies are 3.30 carat. The diamonds are set within collets which are tipped with 18 carat white gold, whilst the rubies and the shank are 18 carat yellow gold.
