Edwardian 1.45 Carat Cluster Daisy Ring, c.1910

18 Carat Yellow Gold + Platinum


Dating back to approximately 1910, this beautiful cluster ring has a combined weight of 1.45 carat. The centre stone is 0.25 carat, and the surround cluster makes up the remainder. Each stone has a similar grade in terms of colour, which is H and clarity, SI1. The hand cut old cut stone in the centre has a claw setting, whilst the halo is grain set, showing another level of metal work. The diamonds are also set within platinum, which is expertly linked to the 18 carat yellow gold band. The craftsmanship become evident in the beautiful work on the shoulders, with the hooped design made of platinum, and linking into the 18 carat yellow gold band.
