Hand made and hand cut stones feature in this stunning Edwardian cluster ring. The centre sapphire is a beautiful sea blue colour and weighs 0.50 carat. It has been claw set and is highlighted by a perfect halo of old cut diamonds. The clean and white diamonds have a combined weight of 0.50 carat and are G in colour and VS in clarity. The are also claw set and the entire head of the ring has been made from platinum. As usual for the period, c.1910, the shank is made from 18 carat yellow gold and tapers at the shoulders.
