Late Deco 1.12 Carat Diamond Solitaire Ring, c.1930s
Platinum

Out of stock
Weighing 1.12 carat, this stunning solitaire highlights the beauty of this old cut diamond. It has been estimated as an I in colour and SI1 in clarity and the stone is hand cut. It is an old cut diamond, which is perfectly set within the spilt claw collet. The double claws at each of the corners of the cushion cut stone is typical of the late deco period, around the 1930s. In keeping with the era, the stone is elevated by the step shoulders with tension set baguette diamonds. They match the centre diamond in colour and clarity and have a combined weight of 0.06 carat. The setting work and band is made of platinum and is all handcrafted.
